Dennis Gonatas

I was born and raised in the Mahoning Valley, and serving this community has always been at the core of who I am. My professional journey began with completing the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy, followed by serving as a full-time Police Officer with the Mahoning County Sheriff's Office. During that time, my wife and I also owned and operated Gonatas Pizza in downtown Struthers.
After my father lost his battle with cancer, our family made the difficult decision to restructure our lives. We sold everything, and I transitioned into management with one of the largest cellular carriers in the United States. While that role strengthened my leadership and business skills, my long-standing passion for real estate never faded.
I completed my real estate education at Hondros College and am now a full-time Realtor®, Certified Relocation Specialist, and Broker Owner of Gonatas Real Estate. I specialize in residential and commercial real estate, as well as full-service property management for both residential and commercial properties throughout the tri-county area.
I am a proud member of the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors®, Akron Association of Realtors®, Ohio Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®, I'm able to provide an added level of convenience and service that many agents cannot. My dedication to clients has earned me recognition as a President's Club Winner from 2015–2025.
